A new motion-activated light-up and talking DJ R-3X action figure has arrived on DisneyStore.com. R-3X originated as the pilot of Star Tours. After the ride changed, he moved to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge — or, according to lore, crash-landed on Batuu. There, he was re-programmed as a DJ who now spins tunes in Oga’s Cantina.

The droid has faux distressed details and 14 points of articulation. He has motion-activated light and sound effects, plus button-activated character phrases.
The figure is recommended for ages 3+. It requires three AG13 button cell batteries, which are included. It’s approximately 7 7/8″ tall.
Disney Store is also releasing a series of monthly Droid Factory figures. The first one was R5-K6, inspired by Star Wars: A New Hope.
