In a series of online videos, a young boy’s dreams of meeting Mickey Mouse come true after a clip of his excitement at Disney on Ice went viral.
Toddler Dreams of Meeting Mickey Mouse
In the first video, the little boy goes viral for crying with excitement at Disney on Ice and saying, “That’s my boy!” when he saw Mickey appear. The clip has over 1.3 million likes on Instagram. At the end of the video, his mom asks about the experience, and he states that he just wants a hug from Mickey Mouse.
Several Disney accounts, including Walt Disney World commented on the video:
Several other comments urged Disney to bring the young boy and his family to Walt Disney World to meet Mickey.
In the second video posted by the boy’s mother, diamoniquevalentine, she shared that the family had been invited to Walt Disney World for the weekend to meet Mickey Mouse. The Disney Team states in the email that they were “captivated” by his love for Mickey and would love to host them.
Although the family has not posted their experiences yet, @DrewDisneyDude posted a short clip of the young fan meeting Mickey Mouse in front of Cinderella Castle. See the full video above.
The boy has a huge smile as he runs up and hugs “his boy,” Mickey. After a few photos and even more hugs, the family follows Mickey up the castle walkway.
