Disneyland has gone back into the vault for some retro-inspired housewares, the latest additions to the Disneyland 70th Anniversary merchandise lineup.
Disneyland 70th Anniversary Vault Collection Decorative Tray – $39.99
This brass-colored metal tray is a reproduction of a vintage merchandise piece. It features seven circular indentations (ostensibly to hold the matching glasses, which we cover below). White flourishes and a star pattern fill in the spaces between the indentations with a wave pattern all around the edge.
Each circle features vintage artwork for Disneyland attractions or lands. Here is the art for Pirates of the Caribbean and the original Astro Orbiter with the PeopleMover seen below.
Jungle Cruise and it’s a small world are also represented, as are the Mark Twain Riverboat and a period-accurate depiction of Main Street, U.S.A.
Disneyland 70th Anniversary Vault Collection Glass Set – $64.99
A set of six reproduction glasses is also available, ready to be paired with the matching tray. Each glass has one of the same vintage Disneyland depictions surrounded by metallic gold flourishes.
Locations
We found these vintage reproduction housewares at different locations. The tray was at Julius Katz & Sons in Disney California Adventure while the glasses were in The Star Trader in Disneyland Park.
