Artists spend a great deal of time creating works of (chalk) art for the Festival of the Arts. We found new 3D chalk art with Inside out 2 theming, taking over the original 3D Zootopia art and the second Toy Story 4 art. Due to the temporary nature of chalk art, expect to see many different works appear throughout the festival’s five-week run.

Toy Story 4 3-D Chalk Art

The art, drawn by Chris Carlson, depicts Inside Out 2 characters, including Joy, Anxiety, Anger, Sadness, Disgust, Embarrassment, and Ennui. Joy uses the Control Console, while the others look on.

Guests are invited to stand behind the chalk art by the couch to get the 3-D effect.

2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts

The festival runs from January 16 through February 23, 2026. Be sure to check out the merchandise, Passholder-exclusive merchandise, the festival passport, and the souvenir gift card. The Magic of Disney on Broadway exhibit is now open, and there is a display dedicated to theme park concept art.
