Disney’s current CEO Bob Iger and his successor Josh D’Amaro will appear on World News Tonight with David Muir on ABC tonight, February 3.

World News Tonight airs daily at 6:30 p.m. Iger and Josh D’Amaro will likely discuss the search for the next CEO, and the transition and future plans for the position.

This morning, Disney announced that Josh D’Amaro will replace Bob Iger as the next CEO, effective March 18, 2026. Previous candidate Dana Walden will be the President & Chief Creative Officer. She will also oversee Disney’s film production.
