Construction walls surround the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) pool at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. It’s currently closed for refurbishment.

DVC Pool Refurbishment

The walls extend out to the walking path by the sand area and Crescent Lake.

Several signs line the white walls, with quotes like “I can never stand still. I must explore and experiment,” and “Get a good idea and stay with it. Dog it, and work at it until it’s done, and done right.” There is also a poster for PPE requirements at construction sites. It features Mickey in a construction crew safety vest, hard hat, and boots.

Scaffolding in the pool area can be seen from the walking path. The Tidal leisure pool is closed through early May 2026. Guests may see or hear refurbishment work in the area until the work is complete. Most dining and resort amenities will remain available.

Various other signs let guests know that these areas are closed, including restrooms and the pool itself. The entire Beach Club exterior maintenance project is scheduled to wrap up in late 2026.
