‘Hoppers’ Trailer Spot Airs During Super Bowl LX

With less than a month until its theatrical release, Hoppers dropped its latest trailer during Super Bowl Sunday on February 8.

‘Hoppers’ Super Bowl Trailer

Hoppers, the latest Pixar film, follows 19-year-old Mabel, an animal lover who seizes an opportunity to use new technology to “hop” her consciousness into a lifelike robotic beaver and communicate with the animals around her. With the film set to release on March 6, the final trailer debuted during Super Bowl LX:

This new spot features more funny scenes with the animals, especially Tom the Lizard.

Hoppers went viral last summer for a clip of character Tom the Lizard spamming a phone with lizard emojis as a robotic voice repeatedly intones “Lizard, lizard, lizard,” which quickly became an Internet meme. A Tom the Lizard walkaround character was seen wandering around ESPN’s First Take in San Francisco on February 5, and we assume he will eventually also appear in the parks to promote the film.

Hoppers novelties have also already been revealed for the different theater chains, with popcorn buckets, cups, figurines, and more featuring Mabel, King George, and Tom the Lizard.
