The last day to experience DinoLand is on February 1, 2026. The land is being rethemed to Tropical Americas. Take one final look at Donald’s Dino-Bash, Wilderness Explorers, and more as we say goodbye.
DinoLand U.S.A. Last Look
Donald Duck Meet and Greet

Donald posed in front of a green backdrop reading “Donald’s Dino-Bash!” The meet and greet was located across from the former Chester & Hester’s Dino-Rama at the gas station next to Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures. Dino-Rama closed over a year ago in the first phase of closures for DinoLand U.S.A.

He’s wore a colorful dinosaur-inspired outfit including a jacket covered in scales and red feathered explorer’s hat.

During the holidays, Donald wore a holiday sash. His backdrop also has Christmas trees and gifts. In recent months, guests could meet Donald Duck in DinoLand U.S.A., near Restaurantosaurus.
Daisy Duck Meet and Greet

Daisy’s meet and greet was located along the Cretaceous Trail. It was to the left of the entrance to DINOSAUR. Near Daisy’s meet and greet location, there was a Ornithomimus dinosaur statue and the following sign with more information regarding this species:
Did you know? The large ostrich-looking dinosaur is an Ornithomimus, which means “bird-mimic.” My research shows that this feathered dinosaur mimicked birds, explored the world on foot, and steered clear of that sky up there above our heads. In fact, based on the feather pattern of this dino, the feathers were most likely present for warmth. Dinosaurs, similar to ducks, may have even used their feathers for camouflage, or to attract a suitable suitor!

Another dinosaur, a Corythosaurus dressed in a pink and yellow polka dot scarf, was also part of Daisy’s meet and greet location. The tail extended all the way over to the “Daisy Designs” board.

Daisy is a fashionista, and she had several fabrics and sketches displayed for her and her friends. Some were pinned to the board, while others were displayed on top of the table.

The board itself sat on a pink and green table, and the sign was blue with “Daisy Designs” text and daisy flowers.

Daisy met between her design board and the Corythosaurus. She wore a scale-inspired shirt, a blue and pink jacket, and large feathery sunglasses.
Chip ‘n’ Dale Meet and Greet

Chip ‘n’ Dale’s meet and greet was also located on the Cretaceous Trail, just past Daisy. There was a “blocked off” area surrounded with fencing and caution tape.

The posts were made of shovel handles, and a sign that had “Chipmunks at play” was on the front. Inside was a large rock with two shovels sticking out.

There was also a lunch box with acorns inside.

A sign with “Paleontologist Zone” had been crossed out with “Fun Zone” in its place. It stood on a steel tripod.

Chip ‘n’ Dale were placed in front of banners that read “Amazing Find!,” “Must See,” and Chipmunk-o-saurus.” Christmas lights were wrapped around construction barriers.

The dinosaur statue behind chip ‘n’ dale was a Pachyrhinosaurus.

Chip ‘n’ Dale were dressed as a Stegosaurus and Triceratops. Chip was purple with a blue abdomen and plates, as well as green spots. He wore antlers with ornaments that hung off them.

Dale was green with a blue abdomen and spots. He had Christmas lights wrapped around his horns.
Wilderness Explorers

The Wilderness Explorers station in DinoLand, U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom relocated following the closure of The Boneyard earlier in the fall of 2025. It had been set up in the shade near the exit of DINOSAUR, the last remaining DinoLand attraction until both closed.

Here, guests could earn both their Fossil Badge and their Dinosaur Badge. The activities remained the same, and the Wilderness Explorers booklets had not changed. We anticipate the badges will be replaced with ones that fit with the theme and stories of Tropical Americas.
