Magic Key Holders who visit Disney California Adventure in the next couple of weeks can attend an exclusive event celebrating the park’s 25th anniversary. There are unique photo ops, a character meet and greet, and an exclusive free magnet set.

Magic Key Holder Exclusive Event

In the Hyperion Courtyard in Hollywood Land at Disney's California Adventure, signs are posted informing guests about this exclusive event for Magic Key Holders. The event takes place from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM on February 5 - February 15, 2026. There will not be an event on Monday, February 9. The posted signs are printed with a QR code for more information.

In the Hyperion Courtyard in Hollywood Land at Disney California Adventure, signs are posted informing guests about this exclusive event for Magic Key Holders. The event takes place from 2:00 PM – 8:00 p.m. on February 5 through February 15, 2026.

There will not be an event on Monday, February 9.

To attend the event, Magic Key holders will need to join the virtual queue in the Disneyland app. Guests with a Disney California Adventure or Disneyland Park reservation will have the opportunity to join the 12:00 PM virtual queue for that day. The posted signs are printed with a QR code for more information.

Hyperion Courtyard Photo Ops

There are several photo ops for guests in the Hyperion Courtyard. The first photo op has colorful blocks printed with the Disneyland Resort and Magic Key logos.

The second photo op is a large map of Disney's California Adventure as it used to look when the park first opened. Notable differences include Paradise Pier instead of Pixar Pier and the omissions of Cars Land and Avengers Campus, among others. California-themed postcards form a border around the photo op.

Another photo op features several iconic California Adventure attractions among nature scenery, including Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT!, the Incredicoaster, Pixar Pal-A-Round, a monorail crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, Grizzly Peak, and the bronze Storytellers statue of Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse. "California" is depicted in cloud-filled letters along the bottom of the photo op.

Character Meet and Greets

In front of the Disney's California Adventure map, guests can take their photo with Mickey Mouse. He is wearing a green t-shirt, cargo shorts, and black shoes. His flannel shirt and hat are decorated with palm trees and the outline of the state of California.

Exclusive Magnet Set

Magic Key Holders can also receive an exclusive magnet set consisting of three different magnets. The set is limited to one per Magic Key Holder, while supplies last.

The first magnet has a purple border and depicts Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy in formal wear as they walk by the fountain in Carthay Circle. Grizzle Peak can be seen in the background.
