‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’ Drops New Trailer Tomorrow, February 17

On the heels of its Super Bowl LX spot, The Mandalorian and Grogu has teased another trailer that will drop tomorrow, February 17.

‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’ Trailer Sneak Peek

The teaser, posted to the official Star Wars Instagram account, features different shots of familiar Star Wars sights — X-Wings, an R2 droid, thrusters igniting — as the strains of John Williams’ instantly recognizable theme play…and then the thrusters suddenly go out.

We cut to Grogu standing on a console, punching buttons, as Din Djarin scoops him up. “Hey — never touch the buttons,” he gently scolds while buckling Grogu into his seat.

In response, Grogu sighs and slumps forward. We then get a final shot of the Mandalorian, cockpit view reflected in his polished Beskar steel armor, as they take off.

It then cuts to The Mandalorian and Grogu logo and the text “Trailer Tomorrow.”

‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’ Super Bowl Spot

The Mandalorian and Grogu secured a prime spot for its 30-second Super Bowl ad, which was a surprisingly old-school, quiet trailer featuring Din Djarin and Grogu riding in a space sled pulled by Tauntauns. A gruff narrator intones, “The journey never gets any easier. The bonds just get harder to break.”

Disney Experiences chairperson and soon-to-be Disney CEO Josh D’Amaro was instrumental in experience updates to Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, coming soon to Disneyland Park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Based on his feedback, The Mandalorian and Grogu mission launching May 22, 2026, has been specifically designed to give each rider more agency and the chance to influence the story.
