Universal Horror Unleashed has a brand new My Bloody Valentine menu available for guests to purchase for a limited time.

The culinary team at Universal Horror Unleashed is now offering a three-course (with shareable dessert), prix-fixe Valentine’s Day menu. This My Bloody Valentine menu is available starting today, February 5, through the end of the month. It costs $80 per couple, and the food is served in the shape of a coffin.
The Menu
The menu for the prix-fixe meal is as follows:
Amuse-Bouche:
- Blood Orange: Blood Orange Gelée, Whipped Honey Mascarpone, Toasted Pine Nut, Thai Basil
Love at First Bite | Choice of:
- Marrow: Shishito Gremolata, Pickled Shallot, Crostini
- Cleaver-Zanella: Heirloom Tomato, Burrata, Aged Balsamic, Basil, Cleaver Ciabatta
Main Attraction | Choice of:
- Die-Ver Scallops: Pan Seared, Butternut Squash Puree, Red Endive, Pickled Mushroom, Roasted Pine Nut, Chive Oil
- Premiere Burger: 8 oz Brisket Blend Burger, Tomato & Bacon Chutney, Fried Onion, Smoked Cheddar Cheese, Baby Arugula, Horror Sauce, Black Brioche Bun
- Bloodline Chicken: Airline Chicken Breast, Purple Potato & Corn Succotash, Carrot Puree, Blood Orange Gastrique
Sweet Demise:
- Raspberry Mille Fenille: Raspberry Mousse, Candied Raspberry, Fillo, Powdered Sugar, Raspberry Sorbet, White Chocolate, Walnut Brittle
A cocktail pairing is also available to go along with the menu, for an additional charge.
Tickets to Universal Horror Unleashed are required for entry at Premiere House. You can book a table at the restaurant online and also make a request for the limited-time dining experience.
