Cruella was meeting guests near The Queen’s Table. Cruella de Vil rarely appears for meet-and-greets at EPCOT, as she is primarily located in Magic Kingdom during special events like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. We are unsure if this is for the park’s Flower and Garden Festival, we just kicked off today.
