A member of the popular SuperKitties superhero cat team made her debut as a costumed meet and greet experience at Disney California Adventure.
Bitsy Meet and Greet for Food and Wine Festival
For a limited time during Disney California Adventure’s Food and Wine Festival, guests of all ages can meet the superhero cat Bitsy, one of the stars of the hit Disney Jr. series SuperKitties.
The new meet and greet comes in addition to a returning SuperKitties experience at the park. The “Confection Purrfection” show in Hollywood Land has been part of the event’s festivities since 2024. For this year’s Food and Wine Festival, one of the popular kittens is leaping from screen to reality in the form of this new meet and greet.
Bitsy is one of the four lead kittens in SuperKitties. She is the smallest member of the team, with a rounded face, large eyes, short ears, and bright white fur. In the series and related Disney materials, she is presented as an adorable but capable member of the group, alongside the other hero kittens Ginny, Sparks, and Buddy.
Her superhero outfit, as it appears in the show and in this meet and greet, is primarily a light aqua color. It includes a fitted bodysuit, a matching eye mask, blue gloves, blue boots, and a belt. On the chest, she wears a gold heart-shaped emblem, a team icon shared across the SuperKitties designs.

Bitsy and the Popular Disney Jr. Series SuperKitties
SuperKitties is a Disney Jr. animated series about four superhero kittens — Ginny, Sparks, Buddy, and Bitsy — who protect the town of Kittydale and help other animals solve problems. The show is aimed at children ages 2 to 7, with episodes typically built around two short stories that emphasize teamwork, kindness, problem-solving, and helping others.
The series debuted in January 2023 and has remained part of Disney Jr.’s preschool lineup. Disney has described it as one of its top preschool streaming performers, and by 2025 the show had expanded into a third-season “Su-Purr Wild” storyline that sends the characters into the Kittydale Wild Jungle with a new wildcat friend, Willa.
At Disneyland Resort, SuperKitties first appeared in March 2024 at Disney California Adventure as part of the Food & Wine Festival offering “Confection Purrfection with the SuperKitties.”
Confection Purrfection with the SuperKitties
Aimed at little chefs ages 3 to 11, this show is on the Hollywood Backlot Stage in Hollywood Land. On Saturdays and Sundays, the shows take place at 1:30 and 2:30. But during the week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, the shows take place at 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4 p.m., and 5 p.m. There are no shows on Thursdays or Fridays.
