If you love Toy Story Mania at Disney Parks, you can now play the game at home with a new item available at Walt Disney World.
Toy Story Midway Mania Game – $49.99
This plastic toy is a small version of a carnival game booth. It has a built-in shooter and shelves. A marquee features the “Toy Story Midway Mania!” logo and images of Jessie, Rex, Woody, and Buzz.
The characters are around a digital scoreboard. The game’s on/off switch is right above the display. There are both single and two-player modes.
The shooter has a pull cord just like those on the ride. There’s a bucket on top to hold the 10 included balls.
The targets on three shelves in front of the shooter resemble the targets on the ride: three classic bullseyes worth 100, 1,000, and 500 points; a Little Green Alien worth 500; two balloons worth 100 and 500; two plates worth 100 and 500; and a rocket ship worth 1,000. The targets fall back when hit.
A tall button on top of the game resets the targets.
The game is designed for ages 3+.
We found it at Beverly Sunset Boutique in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Also check out the new Sheriff Jessie ear headband.
