Stitch and Lightning McQueen plush car clings are now available online after appearing at Walt Disney World in March. They are advertised to cling to any glass.
Though these are advertised for vehicles, they stick to any glass and could therefore be used in multiple ways.

This may look like an ordinary Stitch plush, but it actually has suction cups on each hand to stick to glass! Stitch is sticking his tongue out, so when attached to glass, it looks like he is actually licking the window.
Lightning McQueen Plush Car Cling – $19.99
Lightning McQueen’s suction cups are located on the front headlights. Again, his tongue sticks out so it appears as if he’s licking the window.
