Walt Disney World has updated its complimentary hotel amenities for families with young children, including replacing traditional toddler bedrails with new cushioned bed bumpers.

Families staying at Walt Disney World Resort hotels can now request soft bed bumpers designed to help prevent young children from rolling out of bed during the night.
Unlike the older removable bedrails previously offered by Disney, the new bumpers slide underneath the fitted sheet and create a padded barrier along the edge of the mattress, as seen in the photo above.
The updated item is part of Disney’s continued efforts to improve amenities available for guests traveling with infants and toddlers.
Disney also offers several other complimentary child-focused hotel amenities for resort guests, including:
- Pack ’n Play travel cribs
- Bottle warmers and sterilizers
- Infant bathtubs
- Diaper disposal units
- Night lights
- Stroller storage
- Mini refrigerators
- Bathroom step stools for children
Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels can request these items free of charge either before arrival or through the hotel front desk during their stay.
