Disneyland Quick-Service Restaurant Returns to Pre-Pandemic Operations 6 Years Later

Alien Pizza Planet at Disneyland has significantly reduced its reliance on mobile order, allowing guests to walk up and order at different counters for the first time after the COVID-19 pandemic forced the resort to shut down in 2020.

Alien Pizza Planet

Since Disneyland reopened in 2021, Alien Pizza Planet has used mobile order in addition to in-person ordering. Now, mobile order doesn’t even appear on the Alien Pizza Planet page of the Disneyland app. Instead, guests can visit the Alien Pizza Planet Express page to exclusively mobile order full-sized pizzas:

  • Magic Key Artisanal Style Pepperoni Pizza with Large Fountain Beverage – $20.99
    • San Marzano tomato sauce topped with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni served with a large fountain beverage
  • Magic Key Artisanal Style Cheese Pizza with Large Fountain Beverage – $20.99
    • San Marzano tomato sauce topped with mozzarella cheese served with a large fountain beverage
  • Whole Pepperoni Pizza Family Combo – $86.99
    • Whole 16-inch pepperoni pizza served family-style with two breadsticks, two side salads, and four fountain beverages
  • Whole Cheese Pizza Family Combo – $84.99
    • Whole 16-inch cheese pizza served family-style with two breadsticks, two side salads, and four fountain beverages

To get individual slices, pasta, salads, sides, or any other offerings, guests must walk up to the restaurant and pick out their food cafeteria-style.

With this set-up, guests can mostly grab their own food or order with a cast member. They can grab food at multiple stations before checking out.
