Chef Gordon Ramsay and Earl of Sandwich are teaming up to bring a new restaurant to Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort: Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby. Now signage has been added to the upcoming eatery and tarps have been removed from the building, indicating a milestone in the construction of this new venue.

This 1960s-style British-themed gastropub will be atop the new permanent Earl of Sandwich location on the district’s west side. Several signs are now installed for both restaurants on the building’s facade.

The reimagining of the Downtown Disney District celebrated the midcentury modern architecture that was all the rage during the early days of Disneyland, so Googie style lighting on this facade makes sense, as do some decorative elements just above the signage and below the windows.

Tarps are down across the entire facade, indicating that work on the exterior of the building is nearing completion.

Earl of Sandwich signage resides on the lower level, while Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby signage can be found on the second floor, including just over an outdoor patio area.

The right side of the building has additional signage for both venues, which will be visible upon entering Downtown Disney from the nearby entrance located just behind Din Tai Fung.

A wood paneling can be found at the base of another patio towards the back right corner of the restaurant.
Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby will be inspired by London’s Carnaby Street during the height of the ’60s cultural revolution with plush interiors, iconic British pop art, and a soundtrack of British Invasion rock bands. It will have a bar area, signature booths, and two outdoor terraces.

The menu will pay homage to classic British fare, including Chef Ramsay’s beef Wellington, fish and chips, and sticky toffee pudding. To complement the cuisine, the restaurant will offer a wide-ranging list of wines and beers, as well as a selection of signature cocktails. Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby will also feature live music after dark on select evenings.
The new Earl of Sandwich location will be located just below, featuring a familiar menu loved by many guests the world over.
