Two entertainment offerings have now been confirmed to return for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2026 at Magic Kingdom, thanks to newly posted Walt Disney World casting calls.
Frozen Holiday Surprise
Frozen Holiday Surprise is returning for 2026 and you’re invited to join your favorite Frozen friends from Arendelle for a holiday celebration at Cinderella Castle. The show begins with Olaf and his Snowgie siblings decorating the castle with wreaths, ornaments, garlands, and other festive touches before Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff arrive in their holiday outfits.
Disney Live Entertainment is currently accepting submissions for performers local to Central Florida for the return of Frozen Holiday Surprise at Magic Kingdom.
Disney is currently casting for the following roles:
- Anna – 5’3” to 5’7”, energetic and comedic with a quirky personality
- Elsa – 5’3” to 5’7”, poised and confident with a warm stage presence
- Kristoff – 5’10” to 6’2”, humorous and approachable with strong comedic timing
Online submissions close at 11:30 p.m. ET on May 25, 2026. Selected performers may be invited to in-person callbacks in Orlando on July 24.
Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration
Disney is also seeking dancers for the return of Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration, the castle stage production performed during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
The show features Mickey Mouse and friends performing holiday songs, dancing, snowfall effects, and Disney characters together for a festive castle stage production during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
Disney Live Entertainment is also currently accepting online submissions from dancers for the returning production.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
With casting now underway for both stage shows, several fan-favorite entertainment offerings appear set to return for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2026. Disney had already previously confirmed the return of Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.
Disney has not yet officially announced event dates, ticket prices, or sale information for this year’s party. Last year’s event details were revealed in July, and every party night eventually sold out.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party typically takes place on select nights at Magic Kingdom during the holiday season and includes exclusive entertainment, holiday overlays, specialty food and beverages, character meet and greets, snowfall on Main Street, U.S.A., and more.
