The Soarin’ entrance in The Land pavilion of EPCOT now has American flag-inspired decorations around its marquee. Soarin’ Around the World closed yesterday and Soarin’ Across America debuts later this month.

A red and white striped banner with the Soarin’ hanglider icon and patriotic bunting hangs above the Soarin’ cloud sign. The column behind the sign and banner are decorated with flag-inspired panels.

Directly behind the banner are blue panels with white stars.

On the sides are red and white striped panels. It looks like installation may not be complete, since one side has more stripes than the other. The column’s base green is still visible on the front, where a fire extinguisher is located, so that can’t be fully covered by a panel. It could potentially be repainted.

The ride entrance is now blocked by planters. There was a special event on Thursday, May 14 not open to guests.

Soarin’ Across America will open on May 26, the start date of Cool Kids’ Summer. Disney revealed more locations and announced an updated score for the ride.

Soarin’ Across America will open on July 2 at Disney California Adventure.
