ALOHA released a huge new collection highlighting tropical aesthetics and beloved characters from Moana. This tie-in comes just ahead of the live-action film release on July 10.
We spotted much of the collection at the ALOHA kiosk at Disney Springs, but the entire collection is available online.
ALOHA Moana Collection
Creators of the original splash-proof bag, ALOHA’s collection includes totes, pouches, toiletry bags, crossbodies, hip packs, duffles, and travel organizers. Some collection patterns appear across several different product types. Some feature tropical motifs while others include characters like Moana, Pua, and Heihei.
This collection, which launched today, June 12, is a limited edition release with no plan for restock. Given the size of the collection, we will share a sampling of some of the items in it, along with items from various patterns in the collections.
Ocean Collection
Mini Hip Pack in Wayfinder- $48
This tan hip pack is covered in colorful Moana motifs from her boat to her grandmother’s stingray spirit. There is a single zipper in a matching tan at the front of the bag, and the belt matches this color as well.
Mini Pouch in Splash – $28
Heihei and Pua are front and center on this mini pouch, with the confused rooster standing on top of the pig’s head. They are surrounded by water, which is making space for them near some seashells.
Mini Mini Duffle in Tradewinds – $50
A verdant green background covered in tropical flowers and symbol motifs, we see Moana and her trusty sidekicks, Heihei and Pua, sitting together. The bag has tan carrying handles, a matching shoulder strap, and a coordinated zipper.
Mini Tripper in High Seas – $60
A similar pattern is on this tripper tote, but the florals are joined by various seashells against a light blue background. The coin purse attached with Pua, Moana, and Heihei is not included. More info on those little purses below.
Le Tour in Islander – $56
Another crossbody bag, this one has multicolored tribal motifs throughout against a green background.
Lei Collection
Pua Le Tour in Lei Day – $56
Pua is sitting against a background of pink, orange, and ivory florals on this crossbody bag.
Small Pouch in Voyager – $38
Heihei, Moana, and Pua appear again in this small pouch. They are shown either sitting together or Moana is holding Pua in her arms. Behind them is a series of ivory, pink, and orange flowers that create a background pattern.
Mini Mini Duffle in Voyager – $50
That same pattern seen above is repeated on this mini mini duffle with neon pink carrying handles and a shoulder strap.
Small Pouch in Traditions – $38
The pinwheel-esque tribal pattern we’ve seen elsewhere covered the entirety of this small pouch. Its linework is bright pink while the interior colors are a more muted orange.
Cutie Pouches/Bag Charms – $11
There are four cutie coin purses/bag charms in this collection, between both the Lei and ocean categories. Each features a set of characters, or one character, from Moana. There is one of Heihei, Pua, Heihei, and Pua, and Moana with both of them.
