Cilantro Urban Eatery Food Truck Removed from Disney Springs

As reported recently, Disney Springs will be closing all food trucks in Exposition Park by the middle of this month. One of the three food trucks has now been removed.

Food Truck Removed from Disney Springs

During our June 2 visit to Disney Springs, we noticed a food truck was already removed from Exposition Park. The truck that is missing is Cilantro Urban Eatery, a family-owned business known for serving Latin American flavors.

The green Cilantro Urban Eatery food truck was placed in between the other two food trucks at Disney Springs. For reference, this is what the food truck center used to look like last week:

There is now a noticeable gap where the Cilantro Urban Eatery food truck was.

The 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa and GoJuice food trucks are still available for guests to purchase food and beverages from.

They will likely not be here for long, though, as Disney Springs will be closing all food trucks in this location. Once the food trucks are closed, the area will reportedly become a seating area.
