Coral Reef Restaurant at EPCOT will be closing for a refurbishment later this year. As of earlier in 2026, the restaurant only serves dinner and has stopped its lunch service.
Coral Reef Closure

According to the Coral Reef Restaurant web page: “Coral Reef Restaurant will be temporarily closed beginning September 8, 2026, and is expected to reopen later in 2026.”

Coral Reef features Florida Coastal Cuisine with “ocean-fresh specialties and other classic favorites crafted with Florida flair”:
Marvel at the multicolored magnificence of our living coral reef—all while you dine! Panoramic windows give every table an insider view into the awesome, underwater world of The Seas with Nemo & Friends.
The Seas is one of the largest man-made ocean environments on the planet, and holds enough water to fill 54 Olympic-sized swimming pools! The meticulously crafted habitat has been designed by marine scientists to enrich the lives of approximately 2,000 sea creatures—more than 60 aquatic species!—that call The Seas home.
As you dine, be sure to look for sharks, sea turtles and rays as they swim in this wondrous coral reef.
Although the restaurant has had its ups and downs through the years, we decided to give Coral Reef Restaurant another try in 2024 as part of a Candlelight Processional Dining Package. Overall, we felt that the location has stepped up its game. We had a great meal with the always great view. There are a lot of dining options at EPCOT, but you should keep Coral Reef on your radar.
