Guests looking to book a cruise or access a reservation through Disney Cruise Line need to know that the system will be unavailable due to routine maintenance for a day in July.
Reservation System Maintenance
If you visit the Disney Cruise Line website, a notice pops up indicating the upcoming system maintenance. It will take effect starting at 4 a.m. EST on Thursday, July 9, and end the following day at 4 a.m. EST on July 10.
During this time, guests won’t be able to make or access reservations online or by phone. If you have a deposit or final payment due during the maintenance period, the payment will be due on July 11 by 10 p.m. EST.
The notice reads:
Beginning at 4:00 AM (EDT) on Thursday, July 9, 2026, through 4:00 AM (EDT) of Friday, July 10, 2026, a planned maintenance will be performed on the Disney Cruise Line reservation system. During this time, Guests will not be able to make or access a reservation online or through our Contact Center. Online Check-in, Cruise Activity and Port Adventure bookings will also be unavailable. Guests with deposits or final payments due during this period will have until Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 10:00 PM (EDT) to make their payment. We look forward to assisting you with your cruise vacation planning once our systems return on Friday, July 10, 2026.
A similar maintenance notification will also populate for those with the Disney Cruise Line app, as seen above.
