Select shoppers now have access to an AI Personal Shopping Assistant pilot program in the Disney Store iOS App.

According to Disney, “The Disney Store AI Personal Shopping Assistant aims to provide seamless shopping experiences, making it even easier to find dream products that bring the magic of Disney Store straight to your homes.”

Shoppers can use it for recommendations and information on product availability. Human representatives will still be available to assist on the phone.

The assistant is designed to respond to “natural, conversational language, engaging in a way that makes shopping feel personal.” The technology “aims to operate aligned with Disney’s brand voice, character knowledge, and Disney Store product breadth to ensure all conversations are not just relevant, but also uniquely Disney.”

The AI feature is coming soon to all Disney Store iOS App users with registered Disney Store accounts. Android users or those who shop with an internet browser should stay tuned for news in the upcoming months.
