Disneyland Paris Adding Fountain Drones to 'Cascade of Lights'

Walt Disney Imagineering shared a behind-the-scenes video about new fountain drones coming to Disney Cascade of Lights, the nighttime spectacular in Adventure Bay at Disney Adventure World.

Cascade of Lights already featured fountain barges, but the new “totally autonomous synchronized” drones add more water effects to the show. In the video below, entertainment producer Ben Spalding compared them to existing fireworks drones.

There will be six fountain drones, bigger than the fireworks drones. They sit in the water while hundreds of other drones fly in the sky, creating different images.
