Celebrate Pride Month by taking your photo in front of the new rainbow floral display installed at Downtown Disney.
Downtown Disney Floral Pride Display
During our June 4 visit to Downtown Disney at the Disneyland Resort, we noticed a new Pride Month display was installed.
The rainbow colors of the Progress Pride flag have been replicated in flower form by combining many varieties of flowers together, like roses, poppies, daisies, and more. A white Mickey icon outline is placed over the flowers and is surrounded by even more flowers.
A nearby sign displays the following information in English and Spanish:
Celebrate opportunity and inclusion at the Disneyland Resort with a Downtown Disney District installation inspired by Colombian floral arrangements called silletas (see-yeh-tahs).
During PRIDE Month and throughout the year, we celebrate our LBGTQIA+ employees, consumers, and fans around the world.
Over on the East Coast, pride displays have been installed at Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Disney Springs.
