The pop-up Earl of Sandwich location has closed, and the new Earl of Sandwich location has opened at the Downtown Disney District.
New Earl of Sandwich Location
The new Earl of Sandwich location in the Downtown Disney District is now officially open for business. While the grand opening is set for Wednesday, July 15, 2026, guests are welcome to come in to enjoy their favorite bites.
“We didn’t want to simply build another Earl of Sandwich,” said founder Robert Earl in a statement. “We wanted to create a destination worthy of the Downtown Disney District. As Downtown Disney enters an exciting new chapter, we saw an opportunity to reimagine what Earl of Sandwich could be alongside it.”
Beyond their usual menu fare, the Earl of Sandwich location also features:
- The Carvery: a pastrami carving station in full view of the guests
- The Pub: a spot where guests can enjoy beer, wine, frozen cocktails, and seasonal beverages
The new Earl of Sandwich location on the west side of Downtown Disney includes Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby on the second floor.
Earl of Sandwich Pop-Up Closes
The satellite location near Star Wars Trading Post now has a “Location is Closed” sign in front of it. All seating has been removed from the area.
The temporary Earl of Sandwich Tavern closed late last year.
