Disney has filed a Notice of Commencement for construction at the Germany Pavilion in EPCOT.

The permit is for “General Construction” at the pavilion, contracting MSG Legacy Inc.’s RSS Roofing Services & Solutions. It was filed by Disney’s Facility Asset Management (FAM) team.
The contractor indicates this is for a roof refurbishment, while FAM being the filer means this isn’t for any major changes to the pavilion.
Over the past few weeks, scaffolding has gone up in the Germany Pavilion outside Stein Haus. This permit may be related, although it’s rare to see a permit filed after construction materials arrive on site.
