Johari Treasures, the gift shop at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village, will temporarily close next month.

According to the Walt Disney World website, Johari Treasures will not be open from August 17 to August 28. It will reopen on August 29. Typical operating hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 p.m.
Disney has not announced any refurbishment plans for the gift shop. It’s unclear if items will be moved to a temporary location during the closure.
Swahili for “gem,” this shop features authentic African crafts and clothing, as well as Disney items. It’s located near the lobby of Kidani Village.
