We spotted them at World of Disney in Disney Springs.

Hades – $59.99

Representing Hades, this cape shows the Underworld-dwelling ruler’s henchmen Pain and Panic as embroidered characters on the skirt jumping through blue embroidered flames. It is primarily grey and black with a blue geometric belt with an applique of a skull like Hades’ toga accessory.

Jafar – $79.99

Finally, Jafar’s costume appears dual-sided. It is a cape that, on one side, shows the villain’s turban and cloak, and on the other side shows a snake head and body just as he transforms in Aladdin.
