A new Rapunzel-themed princess hat is now available at Walt Disney World Resort. It features a portrait of the beloved princess on the front.
Rapunzel Princess Hat – $34.99
This cone-shaped princess hat appears to be like a hennin—a hat worn by medieval nobles. It is pink with purple ribbons and braided yellow ribbons that represent Rapunzel’s long hair. Small pink, purple, and white flowers are attached to the yellow ribbons throughout.
As a note, Tangled does not aesthetically appear to take place during the Medieval period.
On the back of the hat, two handkerchief-esque tulle pieces of fabric hang down. One is a plain light pink while the other is purple with a floral and filigree pattern on it.
We saw this hat at Celebrity 5&10 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
