Chalk art at Walt Disney World is usually reserved for the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts but on July 21, we saw an artist finalizing a detailed chalk portrait of Walt Disney at the Transportation and Ticket Center.
Walt Disney Chalk Art

The artist was working on the sidewalk near the ferryboat launch. The piece appeared to be near complete, depicting Walt Disney smiling as though mid-laugh. The artist was consulting a photo of Walt so he could get all the details right.
If you visit the Transportation and Ticket Center today or tomorrow, you may see the completed art, but it will be washed away when it rains.
