After selling out of initial reservations through September, Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby has increased its nightly dining capacity, expanded dinner hours, and released a new inventory of reservations.
The Carnaby Expands Dining Capacity and Hours

Guests can now reserve newly-released tables for dates through December 30, 2026 via OpenTable and the restaurant’s website. It will now be open nightly from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (previously opening at 5:00 p.m.)
Since opening earlier this week, the restaurant has quickly become highly sought-after. “The excitement surrounding The Carnaby has exceeded even our highest expectations. Seeing initial reservations sell out within minutes affirmed what we believed from the beginning: guests were ready for a dining experience unlike anything else at Downtown Disney. As we thoughtfully expand capacity, we’re excited to welcome even more guests while maintaining the exceptional hospitality and culinary experience that define The Carnaby,” said Robert Earl, Founder of Earl Enterprises.
