Other executive producers include Hillary Zwick Turner, Jennifer Twiner McCarron, Matt Hornburg, and Max Brallier (the original author of the series).
Written by Max Brallier, The Last Kids on Earth is a middle-school illustrated novel series following a group of classmates banding together to survive when their town is thrust into the apocalypse. First published in 2015, the series currently includes 10 books and has already been adapted into an animated series by Netflix.
