The Muppets joined Madonna, Shakira, Justin Bieber, BTS, and more at the first-ever FIFA World Cup Final Halftime Show today, July 19.

During the halftime show, Floyd, Janice, and Animal of Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem joined in on the orchestral version of “Seven Nation Army” originally by The White Stripes. They were conducted by Gustavo Dudamel, Music & Artistic Director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic.

Then, for the end of the performance, Miss Piggy, Kermit, and The Count joined Coldplay and PS22 Chorus to perform a brand new song which seems to be titled “We Believe in Love.”

Announcement
The halftime show was curated by Coldplay’s Chris Martin, who appeared in an announcement video alongside Elmo, Cookie Monster, Kermit, Miss Piggy, Animal, and more Muppets to brainstorm acts for the show. It raised funds for the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, improving access to quality education and football for children around the world.
Martin said the show is “a chance to show how amazing all different kinds of humans are.”
