It was followed by two sequels: “Summer Switch” (1984) and “A Billion for Boris” (1985). “Disney’s Freaky Friday” (1995) then aired on ABC for “The Wonderful World of Disney.” The most recent adaptation was the musical “Freaky Friday,” a Disney Channel Original Movie that premiered in 2018. It was based on Disney Theatrical Productions’ 2016 stage musical.
