More new Halloween Horror Nights 33 merchandise has arrived at Universal Orlando Resort. We found a lanyard, bucket hat, beanie, car coasters, patches, and a bottle carrier in All Hallows Eve Boutique at Universal Islands of Adventure.
Lanyards – $16
The first of two available lanyards is mostly black and features skulls, vampire mouths, bats, eyeballs, and lightning bolts. “Universal Studios” and “Halloween Horror Nights ’24” are incorporated into the edgy design.
The red lanyard features Lil’ Boo, as well as skulls, eyeballs, and some gooey organ-looking elements. “Halloween Horror Nights” is in block letters on the center of each strap.
Both lanyards have a black plastic enclosure and lobster claw clip.
Reversible Bucket Hat – $34
The bucket hat is black on both sides. One side features a pattern similar to the first lanyard with skulls, jack-o’-lanterns, and other Halloween iconography. The design is accentuated with neon pink and green backgrounds.
A Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights tag is attached. There are also five black rings hanging from the edge of the hat’s brim.
When the bucket hat is reversed, the rings are still visible. This side is solid black with a Halloween Horror Nights patch on the front.
The patch and eyelets feature green embroidery. It reads “Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights ’24.” A red skull replaces the first “o” of “Horror.”
Beanie – $30
The beanie is also solid black. It has pointed top corners resembling cat ears. Two black rings are on the right “ear.”
The same embroidered Halloween Horror Nights patch that is found on the bucket hat is also found on the folded edge of the beanie.
Car Coasters – $10
This set includes two car coasters, which are made to fit in car cupholders. One coaster features a skull with an exposed brain, a scary jack-o’-lantern, a green tentacle, spiders, and Lil’ Boo.
Lil’ Boo is front and center on the second coaster, with another tentacle and spider. “Halloween Horror Nights 2024” is in yellow and green lettering.
The back of the packaging features instructions for using the item:
Used to absorb condensation and spills to keep your cup holder clean.
Cleaning Instructions: If a coaster becomes stained, you can minimize discoloration by soaking the coaster in hot water with a mild liquid detergent for 60 minutes, rinse thoroughly and let air dry.
Patches – $15
These five Halloween Horror Nights patches can be sewn on or peeled and stuck onto a bag, jacket, or other item.
One patch is a skull with a mohawk and lightning bolts shooting from its eyes. Another features an eyeball with “Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights” around it.
The smallest patch is a red pair of lips with blood-stained vampire teeth.
Another patch depicts a ribcage against a green background. “Halloween Horror Nights” borders the skeletal image. The last patch features the “Halloween Horror Nights ’24” logo.
Bottle Carrier – $16
Last but not least is the bottle carrier. One side of the holder is green with a black patch. It features a blue skull with a mohawk and lightning bolts shooting out of its eye sockets. It also features the event name. An eyeball takes the place of the first “o” in “Horror.”
The other side of the carrier features the same design but is black instead of green.
The bottle carrier has a black and green strap. “Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights ’24” is printed on both sides in a typewriter-style font.
Where Horror Lives Tank Top – $33
More “astro goth punk” apparel has arrived for Halloween Horror Nights 33 with this new tank top.
A punk skull with a pointed mohawk is printed on the front of the shirt. Inside his mouth reads “Where horror lives!” The punk-style wordmark for Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights is below the skull, with “24” appearing next to it in a spray-paint font.
Other imagery on the tank top includes bats, lightning bolts, stars, a floating eyeball, and a raven.
As the sticker says on the front, this tank top is also blacklight reactive!
Lil’ Boo Coffin Journal – $25
You can write down your haunted house and scare zone rankings for 2024 in this Lil’ Boo coffin journal. The front features the same art shown on other pieces of merchandise this year with Lil’ Boo, a jack-o’-lantern, guts, eyeballs, and more.
The back of the journal shows Lil’ Boo ensnared in a spider’s web.
The inside cover is black with purple spiderwebs.
The journal’s pages are also coffin-shaped and lined. At the bottom of each page, Lil’ Boo is surrounded by two spiders; all three are printed in orange ink.
Lil’ Boo Sipper – $18
Returning this year is the Lil’ Boo sipper, though everyone’s favorite pumpkin has arrived with a new look. Instead of a curved, clear straw and clear eyes and mouth, Lil’ Boo now sports a straight purple straw and bright green eyes and mouth.
The sipper also glows in the dark after leaving it in bright sunlight for a few minutes.
4-Piece Record Coaster Set – $25
This four-piece coaster set features record-inspired coasters that continue the “astro goth punk” art style seen on other merchandise items for Halloween Horror Nights 33.
The four different designs in the pack are shown on the back of the box.
Halloween Horror Nights 33 runs select nights at Universal Studios Florida from August 30 through November 3. Tickets are available on the Universal Orlando website.
Props and theming have been added around Universal Studios Florida in preparation for the event.
