New Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters Farewell Merchandise Coming Soon to Tokyo Disneyland

Tokyo Disneyland is saying goodbye to Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters with the “Complete the Mission” celebration, which includes a collection of farewell merchandise.

The collection will be available beginning on September 19, as phase two of the farewell celebration begins. The attraction will close permanently on October 31, 2024, to be replaced by a Wreck-It Ralph attraction.

The items in the collection feature the Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters logo, “Complete the Mission!” and the closing date. Merchandise will be available at Planet M, the Buzz Lightyear gift shop that is also scheduled to be reimagined.

Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters ‘Complete the Mission’ Popcorn Box – ¥400

This box will be available with regular popcorn at popcorn cars throughout Tokyo Disneyland, including in Tomorrowland. It’s blue with a stripe featuring some of the ride’s iconography around the top. Buzz and Little Green Men are pictured around the sides, with Zurg in the background. This will be available until October 31, or while supplies last.
