Disney has finished decorating Sleeping Beauty Castle for the holiday season and now Christmas decorations are up on Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland.
Main Street, U.S.A. Christmas Decorations
Decorations hang between the second-story windows of the Emporium facade. These feature large red bows threaded with gold and shiny silver baubles. Matching garlands hang from the Emporium’s tower and above the main entrance.
Some of the Emporium’s decorations include Santa Claus ornaments.
Across the street, more garlands hang above and below the windows of Disney Showcase.
Garlands line the roof of Market House and Disney Clothiers.
Garland is above the entrance to Carnation Cafe and on the pointed roof of the Penny Arcade.
Short lengths of garland are curved over the second-story windows of the Refreshment Corner. More garland is around the roof.
A wreath and two decorations hang above the Plaza Point entrance. The decorations are strung with lights that will illuminate at night.
Sleeping Beauty Castle Christmas Decorations
Snow caps now cover all the roofs and turrets of Sleeping Beauty Castle. The first caps were installed in October. Silvery icicle lights hang from all the battlements.
Two garlands wrap around the castle’s tallest tower. Other garlands are across the front battlements. A wreath is right above the arched entryway.
The green garlands are full of shiny colorful baubles.
The holiday season at Disneyland Resort officially runs from November 15 through January 6. Offerings include the Disney Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure, and “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” and “Believe…In Holiday Magic” fireworks at Disneyland.
