‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ Inspired Menu Items Now Available at Walt Disney World

To celebrate the release of “Mufasa: The Lion King” today, December 20, 2024, new menu items inspired by the film are now available at select locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort.

Each of these items is only available through January 31, 2025.

First up is the Mufasa Cake Bar from Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs. This bar features cinnamon-vanilla mousse and vanilla chiffon with caramel chocolate-coated Feuilletine crunch dipped in dark chocolate.

Available from Creature Comforts at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the Mufasa Pride Rock Profiterole is a cream puff filled with chocolate cream and whipped coffee ganache.

If your thirst needs quenching, try the Sunrise of the Kingdom. This blend of freshly brewed green tea, strawberry, and Minute Maid Premium Lemonade topped with passion fruit boba pearls can be found at the following locations:

For something a little more savory, the Journey across Africa can be found at Tusker House Restaurant. This dish features red beans cooked in coconut milk with ginger, turmeric, coriander, and tomato served over white rice.

The final new item is the Savory Tanzanian Pie, which includes African-spiced beef and lamb stuffed in naan, drizzled with spicy ketchup, and served with house-made chips. It can be found at Harambe Market.

Other “Mufasa: The Lion King” offerings available include an Annual Passholder-exclusive print and Tree of Life Awakenings inspired by the movie at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
