New Haunted Mansion Gift Shop Opens

Guests enter the old carriage house that was once home to Madame Leota (and the carriage found in the queue). Now that she’s “somewhere beyond,” Leota agreed to lend her material possessions for use in the shop. Her collection of eclectic furniture houses merchandise.

A woman in a teal and purple costume stands in the Haunted Mansion Gift Shop near shelves of stuffed animals, wearing a black mask and a name tag.

Cast Members have new costumes custom for this shop, which include outfits in shades of purple along with shimmery cloaks.

A bustling gift shop reminiscent of the Haunted Mansion, with customers browsing among eerie decor. Hanging lanterns cast ghostly shadows across a rustic wooden ceiling, as staff assist visitors at the counter amidst enchanting merchandise displays.

The shop is full of candles, lanterns, and items that used to belong to Leota. The tops of the shelves are draped in fabric and stacked with various mystical items.

Madame Leota is said to visit from time to time from her crystal ball in the Mansion to this one in the shop.

The shop sells Haunted Mansion and “The Nightmare Before Christmas” merchandise.

Madame Leota’s old supplies are still here, from a Ouija board to tarot cards. Signs advertise palm readings and potions for sale.

A wooden shelf holds a vintage string instrument and a framed painting of a ghostly figure in a white dress. Echoes of Disneyland's Haunted Mansion linger as the walls and ceiling, painted in purple and brown tones, invite you to Madame Leota's Somewhere Beyond.

A ghostly bride can be seen in a few photos and paintings in the shop. She distinctly does not resemble the current version of Constance Hatchaway.

A rustic shelf in a haunted mansion displays a draped cloth, books, a lit candle, a statue reminiscent of Madame Leota, and flowers. An open wooden box serves as a backdrop while wood beams are visible above.

There are several instruments throughout the shop, evocative of Leota’s séance scene on the ride.

An ornate wooden shelf with decorative molding, reminiscent of Disneyland's Haunted Mansion, holds a mirror, drum, candlesticks, and books, all set against a purple wall.

Another bride painting can be seen above.

A whimsical clock with a 13-hour face, reminiscent of Madame Leota's parlor in the Haunted Mansion, is mounted on a decorative frame beneath a rustic wooden ceiling. Several framed pictures are displayed above it, evoking the enchanting spirit of Disneyland.

A 13-hour clock like the one in the Mansion can be spotted.

A portrait of a person holding a skull adorns the purple wall, surrounded by candles and old books, reminiscent of the mysterious allure found at a Haunted Mansion gift shop.

A rare glimpse of Madame Leota in her corruptible, mortal state is displayed. The portrait is made to resemble Imagineer Leota Toombs, who was the model for the original Madame Leota as well.

A shelf displays seven unlit candles, a glass orb, and decorative items reminiscent of the Haunted Mansion's eerie elegance, with tarot card illustrations on the wall behind.

There are several crystal balls throughout the shop. This one is perched over snakes meant to look like the serpent door handles.

Madame Leota’s Somewhere Beyond is part of a larger project that expanded the Mansion grounds to accommodate an ADA accessible elevator exit. With the new outdoor queue, guests with mobility devices can now enter through the regular entrance and use the elevator exit at the end.
