Piles of dirt surround the area of pavement that was recently removed. Orange construction cones mark off the area behind the dirt with yellow caution tape. Lightning fixtures, pallets, and other construction equipment and machinery have also been added to the area.

Pieces of plywood have been removed from around the hole in the pavement with some pieces lying on top of the dirt pile. Ladders and other equipment are also in the grassy area to the left of the large hole.

Crew members were also at work among the scaffolding near the entrance overhang. In our last update, more weatherproofing had been installed on the overhang.

Test Track is scheduled to reopen in late summer 2025. This will be the attraction’s second reimagining. The new ride design will “celebrate today’s innovation while highlighting the past, present, and future.”
