A new Raptor Bites snack kiosk has been built behind construction walls in Jurassic Park at Universal Islands of Adventure.
Raptor Bites Kiosk

In our previous report, we theorized that the reason for the construction walls added to Jurassic Park was routine maintenance. However, a new snack kiosk named Raptor Bites has now been constructed. The sign for the new kiosk has a white and black background with the classic “Jurassic Park” film logo and “Raptor Bites” name. The sign sits on top of a shiny red metal roof. Raptor Bites was also the name of a hard candy available in the 1990s, though it is likely unrelated.

Construction walls are still standing around the kiosk, but the walls now have themed signage. Two Jurassic Park-themed yellow signs denote “Pardon Out Dust: Park Enhancements in Progress.” Two additional circular signs with a black tyrannosaurus profile on a red background are also posted to the walls.

The walkway to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is still accessible to guests. The directional sign across from the construction wall points guests to the walkway for the land, leading them out of the Jurassic Park area.
Across from the new Raptor Bites kiosk is The Watering Hole. This dining location serves snacks and beverages from beer and wine to fountain drinks and lemonade.
The most recent refurbishment that took place in Jurassic Park was in January 2024, when Jurassic River Adventure closed for routine maintenance. The attraction reopened in February 2024.
