Disneyland Resort trams have a new spiel that references the ongoing 70th anniversary celebration.
Updated Disneyland Resort Tram Spiel
Corey Burton returned to provide new narration for the tram journey. Burton has been the voice of the Disneyland and Magic Kingdom trams since 2011. In the updated spiel, Burton welcomes guests to the 70th anniversary celebration, which officially began on May 16:
Welcome to the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration, where 70 years of magic, memories, and happiness fill every corner of the Happiest Place on Earth.
At the end of the spiel, Burton once again references 70 years of Disneyland:
Thanks for traveling with us today and we hope you have a happy and memorable visit to the Disneyland Resort, where we’ve been celebrating happy for the last 70 years.
The spiel also references Magic Key passes for the first time. After Burton explains the details of some one-day and multi-day ticket options, he welcomes back Magic Key holders.
Welcome back to our Magic Key holders. Unlock more magic today with your pass by checking the Magic Key portal on the Disneyland app for your latest discounts and special offerings under “Extras Unlocked.”
In a further explanation of the Disneyland app, Burton says you can “maximize your visit,” a lingering reference to the Disney MaxPass, which the Genie+ and Lightning Lane system replaced.

The 70th celebration will last through the summer of 2026. The spiel will then presumably be updated again, removing reference to the celebration, although the final line is general enough that it could remain for a few years.
The tram route is also decorated with 70th anniversary banners.
