Universal Studios Hollywood teased some of the special “Jurassic World” and “Jaws” menu items available for Universal Mega Movie Summer.
Jurassic Cafe
In their Instagram post, Universal shared photos of sauce-covered chicken wings and a special drink from Jurassic Cafe. The drink may be the new Tropical Mosasaurus Splash listed on the menu for $11. The non-alcoholic cocktail is pineapple and lemon juice, coconut milk and blue curacao syrup with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
For the summer, Jurassic World – The Ride will add the “Mosasaurus Splash,” more water cannons, and Spitters for other guests to shoot water at riders. “Jurassic World Rebirth” will be in theaters on July 2.
Amity Island Cafe
The full Amity Island Cafe menu is already posted. Hollywood & Dine will host the temporary “Jaws” cafe with the following drinks, desserts, and entrees:
Shark Bite (Cocktail) – $18.00
Rum, sprite, coconut water, and coconut syrup with a grenadine and guava puree floater. Topped with a shark lollipop.
Amity Island Open Water (Mocktail) – $11.00
Sprite and blue curacao syrup with a shark lollipop.*Non-Alcoholic
Shark Fin Funnel Cake – $13.99
Maple cinnamon funnel cake topped with blueberry compote, whipped cream, blue sanding sugar, and a shark fin.
Amity Beach Lifesaver Donut – $10.99
Vanilla glazed donut
Amity Island Parfait – $10.99
Blueberry mascarpone mousse, fresh blueberries, vanilla cake, strawberry topping, and cinnamon streusel crunch.
Lobster Roll – $29.99
Creamy Lobster Salad with mayo, celery, lemon, and chives served on a toasted bun with a side of seasoned pub fries.
Vegan Crab Cake Sandwich – $16.99
Garbanzo beans, hearts of palm, and potato cake served with cabbage slaw and vegan tartar sauce.
Fish and Chips – $18.99
Beer-battered cod served with seasoned pub fries and a side of tartar sauce.
Fish and Chicken Basket – $17.99
Beer-battered cod and fried chicken tenders served with seasoned pub fries and a side of tartar sauce.
Shark Bait Burger – $18.99
All beef burger topped with smoked beef brisket, American cheese, and pickles. Served with fries.
“Jaws” offerings will also include a shark photo op and July 4th decorations at Amity Island on The World-Famous Studio Tour.
