Several new open edition Cars Land pins are now available at Disney California Adventure.
“Need a Lift?” Mater Pin – $16.99
“Git-R-Done!” The first of the new limited edition pins features Tow Mater (“like tuh-mater, but without the tuh”) on a yellow and white checkered background. The phrase “Need a lift?” is written above the lovable tow truck. The Cars Land logo is also printed in a small white circle next to Mater.
Cozy Cone Motel Pin – $14.99
Sally and Lightning McQueen look like they are about to go for a drive in front of the Cozy Cone Motel. A sunset and Cadillac Range mountains are in the background. The Cars Land logo is also printed in a small white circle at the edge of the pin.
Radiator Springs Racers Pin – $16.99
“Ka-Chow!” The last of the new open edition pins features Lightning McQueen with his classic paint job racing through Radiator Springs. The attraction’s logo is written above Lightning on a background of a checkered flag and mountain. The Cars Land logo is also present on this pin.
Radiator Springs Racers
Radiator Springs Racers offers guests the ability to tour Ornament Valley and arrive in Radiator Springs where the movie comes to life. After taking a quick spin into Luigi’s Casa Della Tires or Ramone’s House of Body Art to get a racing makeover, the cars race to the finish line.
Disney has confirmed with several media outlets that the Radiator Springs Racers attraction in Cars Land will be temporarily closing later this summer. According to this announcement, the Radiator Springs Racers refurbishment will begin on August 18 and last approximately one month.
