A post on the Discover Universal Blog says that with “brunch on the menu, we’re about to reach new levels of eating good.”

The chefs behind the magic are in agreement. Bigfire Chef Elvin Correa Rios says he thinks brunch at Bigfire is going to be a huge sensation. “I think this is going to be big for Bigfire,” he says. “We don’t typically open for lunch, so doing a brunch on a Sunday is definitely a good, happy medium. (Brunch is) very trendy, and I think it’s going to do us very well.”

The location will now serve an array of enticing entrées, Jammin’ Juices, and Sip-worthy Specialty Cocktails. Check out all of the new specialty items (with prices and descriptions) below.
