Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs has a new Dubai Cookie made with pistachios, kataifi, and chocolate chips.
Dubai Chocolate Chip Cookie – $6.50
This cookie is perfection. Like all the Summer House cookies, it’s big and has the perfect texture. It’s an elevated chocolate chip cookie with giant melty chocolate chips.
The pistachios on the outside add a bit of nuttiness and texture that ties everything together. There is some seas salt for extra flavor.
We definitely recommend this if you’re a chocolate chip cookie fan and want some variety. This also isn’t super messy.
