The Magic Kingdom version of the attraction has one new update — costumes in the style of the latest other Walt Disney World attractions that let Cast Members pick and choose their personal ensemble from a selection of options.

This change comes ahead of the grand opening of The Beak and Barrel, a pirates-themed tavern moving into the space formerly occupied by the Pirates League. Cast Members at the tavern, attraction, and gift shop (Plaza del Sol Caribe Bazaar) will all have the same options, creating a cohesive but not identical style for the area.
